I. Setting Sail: A Word Before We Begin

There is an ocean inside every one of us. It is vast and unknown, hiding storms — and hiding treasure. Most people spend their whole lives gazing at it from the shore. But there are always a few who untie the mooring lines and steer their ship into the wind.

LevelUp Land is the archipelago built for those people.

We believe growth is not a slogan — it is a voyage that can be seen, recorded, and rewarded. Across this archipelago, every day of quiet persistence is an anchor weighed and a sail unfurled, every completed quest is a medal earned at sea, and every battle in the Arena is a trial faced head-on against the waves. The archipelago remembers every nautical mile you travel — and it answers with real rewards.

Sail every day, harvest along the way. — The Voyager's Creed of LevelUp Land

II. The Problem We Set Out to Solve

This era has never lacked opportunities. What it lacks is persistence. Trends come and go, campaigns open and close, and users migrate between countless isolated events — their effort never accumulates, their loyalty never pays off. Project teams face the same frustration: budgets are spent, and what they buy is usually a one-time passerby, not a long-term companion.

LevelUp Land's answer: make growth itself the single thread that runs through everything.

III. The Map of the Archipelago: Three Products

LevelUp Land is made up of three main islands — each a chapter of its own, all bound together by the same growth storyline:

⛵ Level · The Voyager's Path

This is the archipelago's main shipping lane. Open your Voyage Map and 8 islands rise one after another on the horizon: from the shallows where rookies weigh anchor, to the treasure atoll at the edge of the mist. Complete one "Today's Voyage" (the daily check-in quest) each day and your journey advances one step; accumulate 30 voyages and you land on the next island. Sustained streaks unlock rewards of higher rarity — Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary, tier upon tier. There are no shortcuts here — only the real wake you leave behind, day after day.

🗺️ Quest · The Bounty Guild

Bounty quests from project teams across the ecosystem are posted here. Follow, join, try, create — complete a quest to win rewards from the project team plus platform Growth Points. For voyagers, this is the supply port: every bounty feeds both your wallet and your level. For project teams, it is a stretch of high-quality waters filtered by the growth system itself.

⚔️ Arena · The Proving Grounds of Courage

The whirlpool waters at the deepest reach of the archipelago — and the heart of this whitepaper. Arena is LevelUp Land's competitive division: a sea of trials made up of multiple game worlds. Each world is a standalone arena with its own theme, narrative, and economic parameters, but all of them share one iron law: the rules are written into smart contracts, and no one — including the platform itself — can tamper with them.

Arena's first world is NU World: 100 warriors enter, the draw is randomized on-chain, and the tiers of fate are revealed on the spot — one is crowned Sovereign, some return in glory, and some fall and become Spirits, yet hold a vote that shapes the destiny of the entire Epoch. As the map expands, more parallel worlds will rise from these waters.

IV. The Arena Economic Model: NU World, the First World, as Our Example

Every game world under the Arena division carries its own economic parameters. This chapter uses the first world now live — NU World — as its working sample. It is deployed on BNB Smart Chain (BSC) and settles in USDT. Its economic model pursues three things: transparent rules, a high rate of funds flowing back to players, and long-term strategy outweighing single-round luck. Future worlds may carry different parameters, but all of them will follow the same design principles and contract-level transparency.

4.1 Gameplay at a Glance

NU World's core loop fits in one sentence: each round, 100 warriors each purchase one "Battle Soul" NFT; once sold out, a verifiable on-chain random number draws the round and assigns the tiers of fate on the spot; every 11 rounds form an Epoch, the fallen warriors endorse leaders with the votes in their hands, and at the Epoch's finale the "Grand Chieftain" is crowned and the grand prize pool is settled. Each address may buy one ticket per round; if a round doesn't sell out within 24 hours, the entire round is cancelled and fully refunded. For step-by-step instructions on joining, the tier titles, claiming, and voting, see the Arena Guide — the rest of this chapter focuses on what the guide doesn't cover: how the funds flow, and why this economy is sustainable.

NU World runs multiple battlefields at different ticket prices in parallel: a light battlefield at 1 USDT, alongside high-stakes battlefields at larger amounts. All battlefields share one and the same rule set and distribution ratios, with prizes and fund flows scaling proportionally with the ticket price (the contract computes every allocation as a fixed multiple of the ticket price). For readability, this chapter uses the 1 USDT battlefield as its example — for other battlefields, simply multiply every amount below by the ticket-price multiple.

4.2 Per-Round Fund Allocation: Where Every 100 USDT Goes

Taking the 1 USDT battlefield as the example, a sold-out round holds 100 USDT in the pool, allocated by fixed contract ratios that no one can change (the "Share" column below is identical across all ticket-price battlefields):

DestinationAmountShareNotes
Round prizes (paid to 56 winners)90.25 USDT90.25%Claimable right after the draw, no lock-up
Epoch grand prize pool5 USDT5%Accumulates over 11 rounds, settled at the Epoch's end
Platform reserve4.75 USDT4.75%A portion feeds the Growth Incentive Pool, flowing back to Level users (see Chapter V)

In other words, over 95% of each round's funds flow back to participants as prizes and the grand prize pool; and of the 4.75% the platform retains, a further portion continues on as growth incentives for all users.

4.3 The Prize Structure: How 90.25 USDT Is Spread

The round prizes are no exercise in flat egalitarianism — they trace a curve that is steep yet restrained, preserving the peak dream of an overnight coronation while letting plenty of players walk away with a harvest: 1 Sovereign claims 14.25 USDT alone (a 14.25× return), 5 Bannerlords take 5.70 each, 10 Glory leaders take 2.85 each, and 40 Survivors take 0.475 each — summing to exactly 90.25 USDT (all figures for the 1 USDT battlefield; return multiples are identical across every ticket price). Each round, 56% of participants walk away with USDT, and 16% ascend to a leader's seat.

The remaining 44 fallen warriors are the most elegant piece of this economy: their Battle Souls become Spirits, each granted a vote that influences who claims the Epoch grand prize — defeat is not wiped to zero, but converted into a stake in the next layer of the game.

4.4 The Epoch Grand Prize Pool: Turning Single-Round Luck into a Long Game

5% of every round's ticket pool feeds the grand prize pool (5 USDT per round on the 1 USDT battlefield), accumulating over 11 rounds into a 55 USDT Epoch grand prize, settled at the Epoch's finale on a 90% / 10% split: 49.5 USDT goes to the leaders on the Endorsement Board, and 5.5 USDT is distributed at random among the Spirits who cast endorsement votes (roughly 1% of voters are drawn as the lucky recipients). On high-stakes battlefields, the grand prize pool scales proportionally with the ticket price.

That 5% acts as a lever: it welds 11 independent draw rounds into a single reputation race spanning the entire Epoch — leaders must court the Spirits' votes, and every Spirit's vote carries real economic weight. A single round's outcome is only the opening move; the Epoch's coronation is the final chapter.

4.5 The Fairness Pledge

Every ratio above is hard-coded into the smart contract; once a round opens, no one — the platform included — can change it. The draw's randomness is supplied by Chainlink VRF v2.5, with the generation process and cryptographic proof fully on-chain and verifiable. Prizes are claimable the moment the draw completes, with no lock-up; rounds that fail to sell out are automatically refunded in full. For technical details and step-by-step instructions, see the fairness section of the Arena Guide.

V. The Growth Incentive Pool: The Ocean Gives Back

This is the crowning touch of LevelUp Land's economic design — the point where the two storylines of growth and competition converge.

From every round of every Arena world, the platform retains a portion of the funds (for NU World's 1 USDT battlefield, a portion of the 4.75 USDT per-round reserve, scaling proportionally with ticket price on high-stakes battlefields) and continuously channels it into the Growth Incentive Pool. This pool is not spent on operations. It exists for one purpose only: rewarding the users who keep growing along the Level Voyage Map.

Elsewhere, the house keeps the rake. On LevelUp Land, it flows back to everyone who takes their growth seriously.

VI. Positioning and Value Proposition

LevelUp Land in a single sentence:

A platform that grows alongside its users — where your persistence earns rewards from project teams across the ecosystem, and spoils from the game worlds.

RoleWhat you bringWhat the archipelago gives back
Voyagers (users)Daily persistence, completed quests, the courage to competeGrowth Points, level prestige, partner rewards, USDT prizes, Growth Incentive Pool payouts
Project teamsBounty budgets and quest designA high-quality, tier-addressable community of growth-minded users
PlatformInfrastructure, contract security, fair arbitrationA sustainable reserve carried by a thriving ecosystem (partially flowing back to users)

VII. The Far Voyage: Where We Are Headed

NU World is only the Arena's first stretch of sea. The multiverse architecture is already in place — new parallel worlds (arenas with different themes and different economic parameters) will keep rising on the horizon. And in the mist beyond the Voyage Map, a game center, a badge codex, and deeper collaborations with project teams await their unveiling.

The compass needle has already settled: let every ordinary person's sustained effort leave a wake that can be witnessed — and earn the reward it deserves.

The archipelago has lit its lighthouses. The ship is at the shore.
Only one question remains: when do you set sail?
